Adem, 29, had a traffic accident while travelling to begin his military service. The crash leaves him wheelchair bound, but his burning passion to become a soldier never dies out. He relentlessly sends the military letters in hopes of being given another chance to no avail. Then his close friend Nihat comes up with a brilliant plan - he sends Adem a forged letter from the army asking him to attend 'mobilization training'. Nihat and his friends organize a fake military training program in an abandoned quarters near their town. They find 15 willing volunteers to play the roles of the soldiers and steal real guns from a cantonment to convince Adem that the program is real. Nihat and his friends band together to make Adem's dream come true, but their mission isn't without great danger.
