Journalist Simon Hunt (Richard Gere) and his cameraman Duck (Terrance Howard) cover wars for a network. The stress and strain of the job get the better of Simon, who loses it, while covering yet another war live. His career goes for a toss, while that of Duck gets better. Unemployed and in desperate need to make it big yet again, Simon tells Duck that he has located a most wanted criminal, and that they should interview him.
