A lonely widower in Germany finds comfort and company in Yeter, a prostitute, and asks her to move in with him. She dies shortly after and the widowers son attempts to search her daughter, living in Turkey. During his search, he rediscovers his roots and decides to stay back in Turkey, renting an apartment. The movies unhurried pace and interwoven stories make for interesting viewing.
