• A well done film about the outcome of our decisions years away.

  A house built by a Japanese general during Korea's colonial era ends up having the psychic power to trap those who have died within it's walls. This occurs every 25 years and for one day the spirits of the dead are free to alter their past to see if the outcome would have made for a better life for the loved ones who lost them. For one day they can skip through as many years as wanted. A family of four are the third family to live in the cursed house. The husband and two sons die with the mother unjustly serving 25 years in prison. As an elderly woman dying of cancer she revisits the home and with help from others is able to alter events from the past which in turn alter the present. There is no CGI, no bumps in the night, nothing outwardly scary yet there is an underlying vibe, very atmospheric, that kept me glued to witness the outcome. Top notch acting by the children and by Yun-Jin Kim. This film will stay with me for a long time to come, in a thoughtful, realistic way.

• Yet another Great movie from south Korea.

  This is yet another Great movie from south Korea. Great Plot, Great twist. Full of emotion and feeling. A little Jump, a little tear. I don't know why South Korean Films tick all the boxes but I'll choose a south Korean movie over any other country any day. This film is a great example of a perfectly polished result.

• Thriller with surprising outcome

  A housewife charged with a murder of his husband and her missing son from the son 25 years ago comes back in the same house to live in the same house from prison. The mystery of her son's disappearance from the house and the past horrific events happened with her which she remembered. Day by day she remembers all things happened with her 25 years ago. A priest tries to help her to find her missing son, he unravels the mystery about her house and other mystery related to that house and suspects something may happen to her. The wife needs to find out what happened to her missing son along with mysterious happenings on that day 25 years ago. The happenings where surprising and bizarre. At the end she figures out all the happenings on that day 25 years ago along with the reason her son went missing. A thriller plot with surprising outcome which overwhelms you. I would give 6.5/10, must watch if you like thriller movie.

• What Would You Do?

  While I'm still a bit confused about a couple of things, I really enjoyed this. It seems to me that this was all about time and the choices that we have to make. It wasn't scary but it did stir up emotion. This is a fairly slow paced movie but I liked the way it ended.

• Strange and Mysterious

  It is actually a mystery film or we can attribute horror sidelines to it but it something twisted at the end were it juxtaposed with a time recounting theme. This is not actually a time traveler one, but here time, period, year are mixed and added to the stuff. The point of 25 years, 11th November and the tickling clock resounds us into the past and the present. Anyway this is something a strange one and we just went through the plot and try to connect it with the past and the present when the movie reaches to the edge.
