Dialogue was great! Hilarious! Anime super nerds put out a solid debut!
After seeing the debut film from Christopher Wesley I was hurting at my sides from laughing so much. The script was pretty hilarious as well as being well devised and I did enjoy the funny interactions between the characters in the movie. Actor Anthony Tran could not be trusted to have a speaking part in this movie so he was well inserted at the end of this flick as he is sitting on a park bench at a local university as he reads a book. Loved that! That got me laughing the hardest. Technically, the film looks pretty solid as well. Camera movement is fluid and the lighting for the most part is very good. Actor Nicholas Maertz channels some Kevin Smith throughout the film which also adds to the comedy given off by this flick. The casting was pretty solid as well. I was entertained throughout most of this movie and am happy to see director Chris Wesley get his debut off the ground in good fashion!
