The worst Dominican movie
This film tries to be the biography of the dictator Lilis, but at the same time he wants to adapt a novel, and in the end he ends up doing neither. The film is only a collection of stupid and bizarre sketches, everything ¨historical¨ is counted. What I just said is "the tip of the iceberg" is badly directed, has horrible photography, special effects (if it was needed), script and above all performances. That's why it's the worst Dominican movie of all.
