A UFO crashes to earth. The first human the alien meets is a hillbilly named, Elmore P. Fudge, the dumbest man in the world. Elmore learns the Alien came to earth because, like in the movie 'Footloose', they are forbidden to dance on his planet. Elmore helps the alien find a disco and in the process they have many great adventures and become best friends. Meanwhile the U.S. Military has tracked the UFO crash and they reactivate their top alien bounty hunter ' Agent 3000', to exterminate the alien.
