Biodegradable (2013) Reviews
Is not a good picture
Biodegradable is a well done technological film if you compare it with the rest of the Dominican pictures (Good photography, good sound, good visual effects) but as story is a bad picture for several reasons: The people that have seen the picture say that do not know what is the real thriller. Has a very horrible screen play that start and finish with nothing, very bad acting and worst direction. We had the hope that Basanta would save the Dominican pictures but we are waiting for a real film artist no for a business men that want to direct pictures. The film business in Dominican Republic is been dominated for people that only think in money not in art but if you want to see the better Dominicans pictures ever made I recommend you: Un Pasaje De Ida, La Hija Natural and Los Que Hablaron No Eran Gente, available in www.you tube.com
Another Dominican movie of fiction science
It is a boring movie, poorly directed, with bad performances and especially bad special effects. They try to adapt to a novel but they make it horrible, they show everything very fast and boring. They do not explain anything of the concepts treated in the whole film It is another attempt to adapt this genre but they do it badly just by taking the superficial. It's the typical adolescent ditopia trying to be mature.
