A True Masterpiece!
It is not often that I am at a loss for words over a TV pilot, but in this case, I am truly at a loss for words. The creative team behind the 2013 film House Guest have created a masterpiece for all TV fans! All I can say is WOW! 10 Seconds To Run is an epic series about college kids taking a wrong turn...literally! It's like The Texas Chainsaw Massacre and The Walking Dead put together. The performances of the actors is just incredible. There's no other way to express the performances of all the actors who are so incredibly talented. They were all stunning. 10 Seconds To Run also had really good sound effects and music that was composed by none other than Alex Vincent (known for his role as Andy Barclay in Child's Play 1&2 and Curse of Chucky). The Jalbert Brothers, Brian and Jake, have put together a really good team that have created a TV pilot that has an octane level the size of Mount Rushmore and would Bigfoot on the edge of his seat! It's fantastic and a must-see for all TV and movie fans!
Indie kidnap thriller
10 SECONDS TO RUN is a lurid and disappointing indie thriller about an average Joe who daughter is kidnapped by a redneck gang and chained to a bed. He then goes on a desperate mission to attempt to rescue her. Sadly, this amateurish effort is completely without merit, featuring actors who fail to act and a script that fails to ignite. The bad guy looks a little like Andrew Lincoln with long hair. The worst thing about this film is that there's no ending or resolution - it just cuts off after 50 minutes, as if they ran out of money on the spot.
