Don't believe the false ratings.
Omg, omg. Hahaha. Where did the high ratings come from? False ratings again I think. What a terrible movie. Think of Insidious, The Conjuring and a few other horror movies thrown into the mix. Acting was way below par, no flights at all in the movie. All the short hopeless sex scenes were all done clothed, go figure. Just because the actors and a actresses have a no nude scene contract, well don't put the sex scenes in the movie. You don't need them. Everything in this morning was bad, no redeeming features at all. Go and re-watch the two previous movies I have already mentioned.
Possibly The Worst Movie I've Ever Seen...
First off ignore ALL the fake reviews and ratings this film has received. They're very easy to spot due to their strange wording and overly high praise of the director/producer, in spite of the terrible direction. Following the high IMDb reviews I checked this film out. I've seen more or less every horror in existence, including many awful movies... This one takes the cake. The opening scene showed promise, decent acting and very dark. Unfortunately it is all downhill from there. The main couple have absolutely zero chemistry, the dialogue is completely unnatural, camera work is choppy and the score is so over the top. It doesn't help that nobody can act AT ALL... Like high school level shy drama kids. That or the director has butchered any talent they have. I managed to stick with it until the first "attack" incident and lost it. The acting, awful score that kicks in and all the terrible reactions... I just couldn't handle it anymore. It became very apparent that the IMDb score was fake and we had to the movie off. Bear in mind that I have watched many over-explained horrors full of baffling moments such as Lights Out and low budget messes like Camp Blood. Save yourself 20 minutes and watch something else. It isn't even "so bad it's good/watchable".
People need to get out more
Around 100 people in total rated this movie a 9 or 10. If they seriously think this is one of the best movies they have ever seen, they have not seen many movies. The acting is high school play quality. The story has been done a hundred times. Horribly filmed, the camera angles were terrible, film quality was terrible. special effects were terrible. I could go on, but it's just not worth it. Look at the few reviews praising this film. They make it a point to point out the names of the director and actors like they are promoting this tragedy of a movie. Watching grass grow is heaven compared to watching this horrible movie.
Cheapjack Exorcist clone
HOLY TERROR is a cheapjack EXORCIST clone that mainly takes place in a single house being troubled by the restless spirit of a deceased youngster. His grieving parents turn to a priest for help, little realising that the holy man has his own personal demons, and soon their daughter is the target of some sinister supernatural antics. This film has one single decent character, that of the priest, and the rest of the cast is pretty much useless. It's a dullish story in which very little happens of note and it does feel padded out to endless lengths. A little make up is the limit of the FX you'll see here. There's a semi-decent twist ending that's delivered too late, but no real power or atmosphere at any point.

Contains MAJOR PLOT SPOILERS INCLUDING ENDING. The film opens with a really badly acted attempted exorcism, followed by a worse attempted love scene, and a hilarious "so bad it is good" crying scene by Molly ( Kelly Lynn Reiter District 12 Tribute Girl) who simply can't act. Her and her skeptic husband Tom (Jesse Hlubik) have lost their son Joshua in a stairs accident. Molly's junkie sister Billie (Nicole Olson) comes to visit, snorts a bunch of lines and goes off to sleep which would indicate Rich Mallery knows less about drugs than directing. Billie then has a LOL dry heave scene into the porcelain god. Line reader Lisa London (young hooker in "Sudden Impact") shows up as the globe trotting Aunt Janice to contact Joshua's spirit which can only be done with the help of an antique phone similar to the one used by the witch of En Dor. Billie becomes possessed and turns into the Queen of Hearts who can only be exorcised by Kristine "Alice" DeBell playing a nun and rather poorly at that. The good news is that the ending was drek. All the characters were killed off to prevent any kind of sequel. Guide: F-word. Sex. No nudity.
